YCBA Members $450 per 10'X10' space
Non-YCBA Members $700 per 10'X10' space

Note: All booth space is sold in increments of 10'X10' with 8' height. Non-members - Join the YCBA to receive member rates. Submit your membership application along with dues to the York County Builders Association by November 30, 2007.

Hanging Signs in Show Arena
Have attendees notice your company from anywhere on the show floor. Advertise in the air space above your booth. Contact the YCBA Office for details.

Cash-n-Carry
Exhibitors are permitted to sell items from their booths that attendees can take directly home from the show. Food items must be packaged for off-premises consumption.

Set-Up Times
Tues, February 5th & Thurs, February 7th from 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
Wed, February 6th from 8:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m.
Fri, February 8th from 8:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.

Note: Displays consisting of trailers/vehicles or that require large vehicles or equipment to erect must be set up no later than 7:00 p.m., Wednesday, February 6th. Curtaining will begin Thursday morning prohibiting entrance of large vehicles. Booth numbers 3301, 3302, 3311, 3312, 1308, 1309, 1317 and 1318 will not be able to set up until Thursday, February 7th, and must tear down Sunday.

Tear-Down Times
Sunday, February 10th from 4:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. (must pre-register at YCBA Booth in order to tear down during this time.)
Monday, February 11th from 8:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. (items remaining after 12:00 noon will be charged a late fee.)

Note: Booth numbers 3301, 3302, 3311, 3312, 1308, 1309, 1317 and 1318 must tear down Sunday, February 10.

Insurance
Certificate of Liability Insurance with YCBA listed as additional insured for the Home Show dates of 2/5 - 2/12, 2008 is required. Please submit to YCBA Office via mail or fax.
